Seating at the Ball
Each guest’s name and appropriate donation must be received by September 15. Those attending in formal female attire are required to be free of visible facial or body hair and appropriately dressed for a formal event.
Seat donations can be made through a Table Captain, or online (see link below). Once your donation has been received, your name and desired attire will be placed on our Master Guest List which will be used the night of the ball to check each guest in. There will be no money collected at the door.
Each table seats 10 guests with up to 5 guests in tuxedos maximum allowed per table.
Minimum Seating Donations:
$75 for guests wearing formal female attire (gowns/cocktail dresses, please…no pants)
$150 for guests wearing formal black tie (tuxedos).
